Terms & Conditions

Deposits must accompany booking form and the balance is due six weeks prior to arrival date.

Deposits are none refundable.

No dogs or pets of any description allowed.

All bed linen is provided but not cot linen.

Cots and high-chairs can be hired at weekly rates.

Clients must agree to keep the cottage and its fixtures, fittings, furniture and equipment in good working order and to be responsible for any breakages, loss or damage (including decorations) other than normal wear and tear.

In the event of cancellation, after full payment has been made, any refunds will be made only in exceptional circumstances. Holiday or damage (including decorations) other than normal wear and tear.

Sports participants and supports must undertake NOT to take machines, parts, tyres, greasy clothes or fuels into the cottages.

The management reserves the right for its staff to enter the premises for the purpose of checking or cleaning, repairing or carrying out any improvements where necessary.

Receipt by Groudle Glen Limited of Booking Reservation Form will be constructed as client's acceptance of the above conditions.
